On hackerpulse.com we use only strictly necessary cookies. Our analytics provider, Vercel Analytics, is cookieless and stores no information in your browser beyond a session-scoped identifier in sessionStorage. We do not currently deploy advertising, marketing, or third-party tracking cookies on this Site.

While the U.S. lacks an “adequacy” decision under GDPR, we implement Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to safeguard data transfers. HackerPulse has received zero government requests for user data since its founding.

We implement industry-standard measures to secure personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children's Data

California Privacy Rights

Under California’s “Shine the Light” law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83), residents may request details about personal data disclosures to third parties for direct marketing. HackerPulse does not share personal data for such purposes.

As of this policy’s publication, HackerPulse does not meet the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) threshold but will comply with applicable California privacy laws as required.
